My experience with the Wound care and therapy team was explicit. I found the nursing and patient care to be great. Also, but like most places grossly understand so I'm giving Four star overall. Thanks guys

I would like to say thank you to all the nursing and therapy staff for all the love and care my grandmother received while in Lanier. While in hospital we were given a list of rehab centers and really was undecided. Roxanne in admissions called and asked if we would like to come and tour , or she could come to the hospital. We met with her at UF Health and she was able to answer all of our questions . My grandmother was admitted and immediately started receiving excellent services. She was back home within a couple weeks. Thank you to the following... 200 hall nurses, caregivers, dietary , activities , Roxanne and Darlene

The family of Evelyn Grant appreciates the work they do for our family member. The physical therapist, food and service, dialysis overall is 10/10.

We put our brother in here. The process was so easy to get in and they are taking great care of him.

Lanier Rehab provides excellent nursing care & rehabilitative services. It is difficult to place a family member in a nursing home, but the team at Lanier goes above and beyond to make the experience a good one! Keep up the good work!

I have recently joined the team at Lanier and I’m so proud to be part of this amazing team. From our Management team to the Rehabilitation, Nursing, Dietary, Director of Nursing, Social Services these individuals are such amazing individuals that love what they do and take such great care of our residents.

The staff is amazing and their care is top notch! I am working with the best staff. The residents are wonderful. I love Ms.Alexis, Heather, Ms.Angie, Ms. Cheryl and all of the staff.

I have recently joined the Awesome team of staff at Lanier as the Social Services Manager Lanier has a great staff of nurses, great CNA’s, an Awesome caring hands on Director of Nursing, Lanier is a family oriented rehabilitation that goes the distance in caring for the patients. Lanier has a great activity director who actively engages in fun activities. The meals are amazing and food is nutritional in meeting all dietary needs. As the Social Service Manager I actively advocate for the residents to meet their needs and engages with their families.

Lanier Rehab is a great place to work. We really care about our residents!!! The Rehab team is top notch. The Dietary staff is great and provides good service. The Nursing department is good and takes excellent care of the residents. I love working here

Lanier Rehabilitation Center is an amazing Skilled Nursing Facility with a phenomenal Rehab team. The Rehabilitation services provided are skilled and effective. The staff members are attentive and they genuinely care about their residents. Furthermore, the activities department is remarkable and works hard to keep the residents engaged and entertained daily! Go check out Lanier for yourself! It’ll be worth it!

I have been apart of the Lanier family for the past 23 years. I have seen many changes over the years and I am confident in saying the NEW Lanier is currently at the top of the industry. Lanier is under the new management you have caring individuals that will go above and beyond for their employees, residents, and families. I would recommend Lanier to any of my family and friends.

This is the best skilled nursing and rehab facility I've ever worked in, and as a former traveling nurse I've worked in many. They care about the residents/patients more than anything and the standard of care is very high. Super clean, compassionate, great people..I love it here.

I work at Lanier and it is the cleanest facility that I have experienced. The staff is amazing. I love my home away from home.

Lanier Rehabilitation is under new management! The new management company has made many positive, life-enriching changes that have and will continue to enhance the lives of the residents. Great place to work

My 92 year father was sent to Lanier Terrace for rehab. He was in terrible shape when he got there but was up walking around and cognitive again very quickly with the help of the wonderful staff. Jojo, physical therapist, has a wonderful personality and Cynthia King, social worker, is excellent! It was an overall great experience! Would recommend.
